Make sure you take vitamin C daily.

Why???

You probably already know some of the benefits of taking vitamin C every day, but here are two more reasons why it may be beneficial.

A recent meta-analysis has examined 13 clinical trials which included more than 400 people with high cholesterol levels. It has come to the conclusion that a minimum supplement of 500 mg of vitamin C daily may lower LDL cholesterol AND ALSO triglycerides.

Other research has shown that heart attack patients who combine vitamin C with vitamin E may significantly reduce the risk of a second heart attack.
